About This Role
- Own end-to-end operating model and service outcomes for enterprise analytics platforms, dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting solutions.
- Lead operational strategy execution for analytics modernization, including transitions to Azure Synapse Analytics and Databricks platforms.
- Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, incident/problem/change management, and lead team performance, workforce planning, and capability development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15–20 years of experience in analytics domain with substantial responsibility for enterprise analytics operations.
- 3 to 5 years of people-management experience managing team leads or senior technical professionals.
- Extensive hands-on and leadership experience with SAP BW environments and familiarity with BI tools like Qlik or PowerBI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in analytics operations within complex enterprise environments transitioning to cloud platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks).
- Strong operational focus on service reliability, governance, performance metrics, and risk management.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead teams with cross-functional collaboration across business, security, infrastructure, and data domains.
