About This Role
- Ensure operational readiness for new Transaction Banking products, features, and enhancements before go-live, coordinating impacted Operations teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to assess impacts, track dependencies, and drive readiness milestones to completion.
- Support user acceptance testing, readiness documentation, training coordination, and post-launch follow-up to maintain operational control and client service quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Operations, project management, business analysis, product implementation, client service, or related financial services function.
- Strong understanding of transaction banking products and operations, including cash management, treasury, liquidity, and payments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional project milestones, risks, and dependencies within financial services operations, preferably in transaction banking.
- Able to interpret product roadmaps and business requirements to translate into practical operational actions and controls.
- Familiar with operational readiness processes including user acceptance testing, change management, and post-launch support in a dynamic, agile environment.
