About This Role
- Manage end-to-end procurement process of refurbished IT hardware including laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
- Source, develop, and maintain a network of refurbished IT vendors ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines; maintain procurement documentation like PR, PO, and quotations.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in refurbished IT hardware procurement or related IT hardware industry roles.
- Graduate degree required.
- Mandatory knowledge of refurbished IT vendors and market.
- Location: Naraina, Delhi.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in vendor development and negotiations within the refurbished IT hardware market.
- Operationally focused on procurement lifecycle management including sourcing, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Familiar with IT hardware specifications and quality assessment relevant to refurbished equipment.
