About This Role
- Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for complex IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a servant leader, facilitating ceremonies, mentoring, and fostering Agile principles adherence.
- Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, financial tracking, vendor management, and provide regular stakeholder reports including to senior management and clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years IT industry experience; 6-8 years specifically in Project Manager and Scrum Master roles.
- Bachelor's in Engineering (BE/BTech) plus MBA preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies, plus Agile certifications (PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM/Prince2/SAFe) preferred.
- Must be flexible to travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in blending Waterfall and Agile project management methods within structured frameworks.
- Proficient in Agile coaching and facilitating Scrum teams in mid-to-large scale IT projects with focus on delivery excellence.
- Capable of managing complex stakeholder communications and vendor relationships in a finance transformation context.
