About This Role
- Responsible for license compliance reviews and reconciliation between entitlements and deployments.
- Develop and maintain Effective License Position (ELP) reports and support audit readiness and vendor engagements.
- Drive remediation of compliance risks and software license optimization across SAM processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), ITAM, or license compliance.
- Experience with license reconciliation, ELP creation, and audit support.
- Experience with tools like Flexera, ServiceNow CMDB, and SCCM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with interpreting and managing major vendor licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP).
- Skilled in handling software license tracking and collaborating with software title owners for accurate asset management.
- Proficient in maintaining data integrity and driving continuous improvement in SAM/ITAM systems and processes.
