About This Role
- Define and deliver complex technology and business transformation strategies aligned with enterprise growth and objectives.
- Work with project teams and senior stakeholders to design technology roadmaps, IT operating models, and investment cases.
- Support large-scale digital, cloud, data, cyber, and IT transformation programs across multiple industries.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years experience in management or technology consulting with proven delivery of technology and business transformation engagements.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and English.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership across industries like Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Healthcare, or Public Sector.
- Any graduate degree eligible; certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, Cloud) are preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in IT operating model design, technology strategy, and transformation programs including cloud and enterprise architecture.
- Capable of effective stakeholder engagement and executive communication in Japanese and English business environments.
- Background in consulting or advisory roles involving CIOs and senior leadership supporting business case development, governance frameworks, and large-scale organisational change.
