About This Role
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for projects, ensuring clarity and prioritization for sprint planning.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and deployment teams to monitor project progress and support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases and tracking defects.
- Maintain project documentation, facilitate stakeholder communication, and assist in deployment planning and post-implementation monitoring to ensure smooth project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies and sprint planning.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Must know English and either Malayalam or Tamil language.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within agile project delivery environments, collaborating across development, QA, and deployment teams.
- Capable of managing documentation and facilitating stakeholder communications effectively.
- Background or certification in business analysis preferred, indicating familiarity with formal BA processes.
