About This Role
- Lead and manage a team responsible for monthly financial reporting, including preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial performance indicators for Business Units, Geographies, and Headquarters.
- Develop and maintain standardized descriptive and diagnostic analytics to explain financial results and trends, supporting strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Finance teams and Corporate Finance colleagues to load and update EPM systems and ensure financial reporting excellence and standardization.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience in a global headquarters within a large international company.
- Proven experience working with Global CFO and in global project management, including people management in an international environment.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Management; MBA or equivalent and relevant Finance/Accounting accreditation desirable.
- Work Experience Required: 10 years FP&A in global HQ environment.

- Experienced in managing finance teams delivering global financial reporting and analytics in a multinational corporate setting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leadership, including CFO level, through insightful and actionable financial analysis.
