About This Role
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro solutions, including publisher packs and reconciliation processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow SAM Pro with SaaS publisher portals and manage entitlement uploads ensuring accurate license compliance and software usage optimization.
- Create reports and dashboards, develop workflows, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure code quality and documentation for SAM implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with strong expertise in SAM Pro including configurations, scripting, workflows, and tables.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, REST APIs, OOB integrations, and IntegrationHub.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in ServiceNow development with SAM Pro specialization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain knowledge of software licensing and license compliance position creation within ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Experienced in integrating ServiceNow SAM with external publisher portals and managing entitlement data accurately.
- Demonstrates capability to work in Agile environments, collaborating closely with architects and product owners to align technical feasibility with product vision.
