About This Role
- Manage day-to-day DevOps operations, including environment support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release execution across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
- Coordinate and execute multi-environment application deployments, including release planning, validation, and post-release verification; contribute to CI/CD improvements and deployment automation.
- Support DevSecOps activities including vulnerability remediation, technology risk management, compliance adherence, and collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and other teams for stable and secure software delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Application Support, Release Management, Production Support, or Technology Operations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, GitHub Actions; knowledge of Linux/Unix and scripting.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant domains (DevOps/Support/Release Management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating across multiple teams (Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Production Support) and regions (NAM, EMEA, APAC) to manage software releases and operational issues.
- Skilled in applying DevSecOps practices and vulnerability remediation within a controlled, regulated environment, ideally financial services.
- Proficient in leveraging automation and tooling to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency within enterprise-scale platforms.
