About This Role
- Lead benefits administration, operations, and governance for assigned countries, initially India and the Philippines.
- Manage a small benefits team (2-3 members) with responsibilities including coaching, workload management, and ensuring accurate, timely benefits delivery.
- Act as the benefits subject matter expert, handling renewals, vendor coordination, compliance, and improving benefits processes across geographies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7-8 years of progressive experience in benefits administration/operations or related field in a global or multi-country environment.
- Deep expertise in India benefits including statutory compliance, insured benefits, broker management, and employee communications.
- Prior experience managing or leading a small team; ability to work with global teams, stakeholders, brokers, and vendors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing benefits in multiple countries, particularly Asia Pacific or GCC regions.
- Strong operational discipline and stakeholder management skills with ability to partner across global and local leadership.
- Experience executing benefits integration and governance projects, with analytical and project management capabilities.
