About This Role
- Own and support end-to-end trade lifecycle operations for Global Treasury investment portfolio and liability management, ensuring compliance with market deadlines and internal SLAs.
- Drive transformation initiatives including operating model changes and new technology infrastructure to improve risk management, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Lead and train junior team members, manage collateral and cash transfers for Repo/Reverse Repo activities, oversee exceptions and reporting, and collaborate across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Investment operations, or Financial Services industry.
- Graduation in Finance, Commerce, or related degree (e.g., B.COM, BBM/BBA, MBA Finance, M.COM).
- Hands-on experience with Treasury products, settlements (FICC, NSCC, Repo, reverse repo, DTC, FED), and related systems (Markitwire, Summit, Hogan, IBS, Bloomberg, FXALL, SWIFT).
- Location: Bangalore or Mumbai; Shift timings: NAM shift (6pm to 3am IST); 4 days work from office.
