About This Role
- Define and execute test strategies, specifications, cases, and plans for cloud-based managed services software.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automation tests for acceptance, functional, regression, scalability, and performance testing across features and modules.
- Lead quality engineering discussions, mentor other QA engineers, and ensure software products meet high standards before release.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience testing complex software products in fast-paced agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, standards, tools, and technologies with experience automating UI, CLI, and API testing.
- Hands-on expertise with open-source automation tools and frameworks; knowledge of at least one or two such tools.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing and delivering complex features for web-based enterprise applications within Agile SDLC.
- Proficient in automation scripting using languages like Python, Perl, PowerShell, or JavaScript and familiar with test frameworks like Selenium or Protractor.
- Capable of leading and mentoring teams, with strong problem-solving and collaborative communication skills in quality engineering contexts.
