About This Role
- Lead end-to-end UK domestic payroll delivery for a portfolio of 30–40 client engagements, including payroll review and client sign-off.
- Manage offshore UK payroll team including recruitment, training, performance feedback, and workload planning.
- Drive payroll service expansion, handle client proposals, lead technology and process improvements, and manage financial performance and stakeholder relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time master’s degree in finance or equivalent from reputed university.
- 14+ years of experience in a Big Four, business process outsourcing, or shared-services center.
- CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) certification mandatory.
- Experience managing multiple UK domestic payroll engagements, leading offshore teams, and applying UK payroll legislation.

- Experienced senior manager familiar with UK payroll legislation and large-scale payroll portfolio management.
- Strong leadership evidenced by overseeing offshore teams and payroll workstream operations.
