About This Role
- Own upstream payroll and time processes ensuring data integrity and readiness prior to payroll runs.
- Execute operational controls including pre-payroll validations, exception management, and maintaining audit trails to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Deliver centralized payroll and time reporting with insights for Finance, People teams, and stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience with strong understanding of payroll optimization, reporting, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and KPI monitoring.
- Strong operational experience in payroll and/or time & attendance processes.
- Hybrid role with domestic travel ability required.
