About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 support for Windows and macOS devices including OS provisioning, troubleshooting, and software deployment.
- Manage hardware asset lifecycle and IT onboarding including MDM enrollment and access validation, maintaining defined SLAs.
- Operate, maintain, and administer enterprise AV systems such as Zoom Rooms and video conferencing infrastructure, including preventive maintenance and incident management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–8 years of on-site IT support experience in GCC, MNC product company, or R&D environment.
- Experience with Zoom Rooms and enterprise AV hardware (Neat, Logitech, Poly, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Windows endpoint administration and strong macOS support experience.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting) and experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced IT professional comfortable with both endpoint device management and enterprise AV system administration.
- Capable of managing SLA-driven support tasks and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiar with MDM platforms such as Intune and JAMF and enterprise communication tools including Zoom Phone or Unified Communications administration.
