About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and optimize GIS applications, web maps, dashboards, and geospatial tools.
- Manage, analyze, and ensure quality of spatial data using GIS platforms like ArcGIS and QGIS.
- Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems, perform spatial analysis, automate workflows using Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Geoinformatics, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in GIS application development or geospatial data management.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise/Online, QGIS, or similar GIS platforms.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and GIS APIs/SDKs; knowledge of spatial databases like PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server Spatial, or Oracle Spatial.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating GIS with enterprise systems and automating geospatial workflows.
- Strong technical skills in spatial data management, spatial analysis, and GIS application troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with web GIS development frameworks, cloud-based geospatial services, and remote sensing data processing.
