About This Role
- Support execution and maintenance of Governance Models roadmap including tracking updates, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Manage integration of legacy acquisitions by coordinating with entity and corporate stakeholders and maintaining project tools and dashboards.
- Prepare governance documentation, quarterly review materials, training content and coordinate workshops and onboarding sessions.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA or relevant degree in Corporate Governance or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Governance, PMO, Project Management, risk, compliance, or transformation programs.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and basic dashboarding tools.
- Work Experience Required: 10 years

- Experienced in managing complex governance or integration projects involving cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with ability to handle structured data and create trackers or dashboards.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across domains in corporate or large enterprise environments.
