About This Role
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure components including compute, networking, storage, databases, containers, and security.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Microsoft Azure-hosted business-critical trading and collateral services with ownership of incident management and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and manage Azure Kubernetes Service environments with automation and monitoring responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Azure cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or L2/L3 application and production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Virtual Machines, AKS, networking, storage, Azure SQL, Service Bus, and Event Hubs.
- Proficiency with Azure security and identity components such as Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, and certificate authentication.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational/on-call support including planned out-of-hours production activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with end-to-end ownership of production cloud services across multiple domains including applications, infrastructure, network, security, databases, and development.
- Skilled in automation and observability tools like Terraform, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for improving production stability.
- Comfortable working in a high-availability, fintech environment requiring quick troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.
