About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making and operational performance.
- Manage and optimize Power Apps and workflow automation solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting, automation, and process improvements while supporting strategic initiatives and product management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Experience developing and supporting Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization.
- Ability to work hybrid schedule and support EMEA business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technology-driven business transformation with strong skills in Power BI, Power Apps, and automation tools.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a highly matrixed, global stakeholder environment with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in translating complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions with knowledge of software testing and product management.
