About This Role
- Lead architecture and design of complex, cross-team SaaS platform features and capabilities focusing on scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Write production-grade full stack code (Node.js, MongoDB/DynamoDB, Angular/React/React Native) and design RESTful/OData APIs and microservices that scale across industries and integrate with SAP and IBM Maximo.
- Mentor senior engineers, drive engineering quality standards (testing, CI/CD, observability), lead root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally including customer engagements for technical problem-solving.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of full stack engineering experience with multiple major SaaS product releases.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, MongoDB/DynamoDB (including data modeling and performance), Angular or React; React Native/mobile experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and proven technical leadership including mentoring and design ownership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior engineer comfortable leading technical direction through design and code without formal managerial authority.
- Deep domain knowledge in scalable SaaS product architectures, full stack cloud-native development, and industrial/enterprise integrations (SAP, IBM Maximo) is a plus.
- Proactive in raising engineering quality standards and skilled at communicating complex trade-offs clearly to engineers, product managers, and customers.
