About This Role
- Own the planning and execution of the DevOps pipeline supporting the entire application lifecycle across CI/CD, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure aligned with software code requirements and onboard applications onto DevOps tools customized per client needs.
- Provide timely customer support on DevOps tools, including ticket resolution within specified TAT and escalation handling.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Mandatory skill: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years.

- Experienced in coordinating between operations, development, and testing teams to streamline integration and deployment.
- Proficient in customizing and managing DevOps toolchains and automation for CI/CD processes.
- Capable of providing operational support with effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis in a customer-facing environment.
