About This Role
- Develop, debug, and maintain Python-based test scripts for functional and system-level product testing.
- Perform product integrity testing, analyze failures via logs and debugging, and update scripts for component changes.
- Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and engineering teams to implement test strategies and optimize test efficiency using data analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Python test automation for systems/software/hardware products.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with YAML/JSON/XML markup languages.
- Experience with Linux/Unix scripting, unit testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest), and version control (Git).
- Open to night shifts; networking domain experience preferred but not mandatory.

- Demonstrates operating experience in PCBA manufacturing and SMT automated testing environments.
- Skilled in managing the software development lifecycle and performance metric monitoring for test automation code.
- Capable of mentoring team members and collaborating across functions to drive quality assurance and yield improvements.
