About This Role
- Lead resiliency design reviews and serve as technical lead for medium to large-scale products within Athena Core team.
- Drive improvements in application and platform reliability using data-driven analytics and AI-assisted workflows for incident triage and operational readiness.
- Act as main point of contact during major incidents, providing quick resolution to avoid business financial loss, and mentor other engineers on site reliability best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to enhance SRE workflows, with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
- Proficient knowledge of observability tools, continuous integration/delivery practices, container orchestration, and networking troubleshooting.

- Experienced leader capable of managing complex technical problems and guiding teams in site reliability engineering.
- Expertise in integrating AI tools responsibly within operational environments, ensuring security and resiliency alignment.
- Strong background in monitoring, automation, and scalability of enterprise-grade applications in high-stakes financial technology settings.
