About This Role
- Design and define scalable system architecture and long-term technical roadmaps impacting multiple teams.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, resolving ambiguities, setting coding/testing standards, and unblocking teams.
- Lead critical initiatives including AI integration in SDLC, software security, and technical debt management to align technology with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java and JavaScript.
- Proven skills in system architecture, software development methodologies, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot), RESTful API design, and AWS services (Kibana, Elasticsearch, Lambda, S3, EC2).
- Experience in mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership; knowledge of AI integration in SDLC and good C++ proficiency.

- Experienced in leading engineering teams with a track record of driving multi-team strategic engineering initiatives.
- Strong background in software architecture for scalable, secure, cloud-ready applications using microservices and modern web frameworks (e.g., React).
- Comfortable working with multiple technology stacks, AI/ML integration, and agile/DevOps environments in a global, cross-functional setting.
