About This Role
- Lead front end design, development, and maintenance for all web properties and applications, ensuring high performance and responsive architectures.
- Collaborate closely with business, UX, and backend teams to deliver state-of-the-art FE solutions using modern tools and Agile methodologies.
- Own delivery across SDLC phases including design, development, defect resolution, documentation, and maintenance with a strong quality mindset.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years as a front end lead developer on large scale web applications.
- Experience on at least 2 AEM Agile projects, including one full cycle AEM EDS implementation with strong knowledge of FE workflows and AEM EDS block concepts.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES2015+), HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, React.js required; experience with Vue.js or Angular.js is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting and maintaining FE for large scale AEM applications with deep understanding of AEM FE frameworks (HTL, Coral UI, clientlibs).
- Strong software design skills focused on modular, reusable code optimized for scale, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Capable of working independently in Agile teams to estimate and deliver quality work with hands-on expertise in modern FE build and deployment pipelines (Node.js, Webpack, Jenkins).
