About This Role
- Deploy, operate, and maintain Kubernetes workloads on Redhat Openshift and AKS including applying established cluster standards and managing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and write infrastructure as code using Terraform within shared module patterns and Azure cloud platform services.
- Monitor system observability, respond to incidents, contribute to reliability improvements, enforce security practices, and collaborate closely with engineers to maintain documentation and code reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes, preferably Redhat Openshift or AKS.
- Proficient with Terraform, ArgoCD, and Azure services including networking and IAM.
- Degree requirement: BTech/MTech/MCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing scalable Kubernetes platforms with GitOps and containerization best practices including legacy application modernization.
- Skilled in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code within cloud-native environments, especially Azure.
- Capable of operational incident response, system observability instrumentation, and collaborating under guidance of senior engineers in a structured team environment.
