About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, multi-tenant backend systems using Go and PostgreSQL powering customer intelligence and AI-driven workflows.
- Integrate data from CRM, support platforms, and conversations into actionable AI workflows while ensuring reliability, security, and auditability.
- Own product features end-to-end from design, implementation to deployment and incident resolution, working closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years backend engineering experience in product-based organizations; current work in product-based company mandatory.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Go development and PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and database scalability.
- Proven experience deploying AI-driven customer-facing products using large language models beyond prototypes or demos.
- Demonstrated end-to-end technical ownership of backend services, including reliability, monitoring, and operational support.

- Experienced in building complex backend architectures for multi-tenant, data-integrative, and AI-powered applications at scale.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at translating complex customer needs into practical, production-ready solutions with ownership from design to deployment.
