About This Role
- Design and architect Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) domains focusing on secure, scalable, cost-efficient cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Build and automate CI/CD pipelines enabling daily/hourly continuous delivery collaborating across development and QA teams.
- Lead security implementations including least privilege RBAC, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery planning, and vulnerability management in production cloud systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in production engineering, site reliability, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with automation expertise; Kubernetes and Linux proficiency required.
- Proficient in Python scripting/programming and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps.
- Experience working in 24x7 production environments with knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (ElasticSearch, Prometheus, Jaeger, NewRelic) and security practices including vulnerability management and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading infrastructure automation and reliability initiatives in cloud-based healthcare or large-scale data environments.
- Strong analytical skills focused on production metrics to optimize system utilization, cost, reliability, and performance at scale.
- Demonstrated ability in managing security and incident response in complex distributed systems, with knowledge of Kafka, Postgres, Snowflake beneficial but not mandatory.
