About This Role
- Design, build, and enhance Amazon Connect contact flows and backend services using AWS Lambda, Lex, Python, Node.js, and React.
- Perform manual and integration testing for end-to-end contact center solutions across AWS services, APIs, and front-end applications.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in on-call rotations for deployed Amazon Connect solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years professional experience in software development and testing.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering Amazon Connect solutions on AWS.
- Experience with manual testing, debugging, collaboration, and production support or on-call responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack development involving Python, Node.js backend and React frontend within AWS ecosystems.
- Proficient in AWS services relevant to contact centers: Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and related tooling.
- Comfortable applying Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform) and integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
