About This Role
- Lead the migration of IdentityServer-based identity provider to a new OIDC/OAuth2 solution ensuring feature parity and security compliance.
- Serve as technical owner of RNHB portals, responsible for ongoing development, incident management, performance and security optimization.
- Drive prioritization with business, align with architecture, guide external developers, review PRs, and maintain reference architecture standards including DDD/CQRS and event-driven patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years demonstrable full-stack development experience.
- Strong frontend skills with Next.js, React, TypeScript (including App Router, SSR/ISR), Tailwind CSS.
- Deep identity management expertise including OIDC/OAuth2/SAML and having led an IdP migration (IdentityServer to Entra External ID/Duende/OpenIddict or similar).
- Proficient backend skills with .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, DDD/CQRS, and Azure platform experience including App Service, APIM, Key Vault; must be based in Chennai and work from office (WFO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader who has led or coordinated small teams or vendors and enforces architectural standards through code reviews.
- Security-conscious operator with hands-on expertise in threat modelling and OWASP compliance within regulated environments (AFM/DNB/GDPR).
- Strong communicator with pragmatic approach prioritizing maintainability, quality, and security, comfortable owning portals and identity domains.
