About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure with Terraform supporting a cloud-native payment orchestration platform.
- Own and evolve observability, CI/CD pipelines, performance/load testing, incident response, and operational KPIs for payment-critical services.
- Manage PCI compliance posture, cost and capacity optimization, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity and system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering experience with a Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience including ECS, Lambda, VPC, RDS/Aurora, SQS, EventBridge.
- Production Terraform experience including module design, state management, and multi-environment patterns.
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., SigNoz, Grafana), CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar), and load testing (k6 or similar).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating high-availability, payment-critical or regulated infrastructure with PCI DSS compliance.
- Capable of leading incident response and owning end-to-end infrastructure including monitoring, alerting, and security controls.
- Comfortable working remotely in an agile environment with strong scripting skills and familiarity with both backend and frontend code for infrastructure integration.
