About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python, React, and AWS cloud-native technologies.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to enhance development productivity and incorporate AI-enabled practices in workflows.
- Collaborate with product owners and architects to deliver enterprise-grade solutions in fast-paced environments, including architecture decisions and CI/CD deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django), React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience with AWS cloud platform, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows explicitly mentioned; experience in financial services or related domains highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record delivering data-intensive, analytics-driven applications in financial services or FinTech environments.
- Hands-on full-stack engineer comfortable with both frontend and backend development plus cloud platform engineering in agile settings.
- Experienced in integrating AI-assisted development tools into standard software engineering lifecycle to boost productivity and code quality.
