About This Role
- Own and improve the end-to-end onboarding flow for individuals and businesses, including UI screens and camera features across Web, Flutter, and React Native SDKs.
- Ensure onboarding flow is fast, stable, and reliable on low-end devices, handling production issues promptly until fixed.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, occasionally contributing backend work in Python when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience building and shipping web products in production.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, with performance and state management expertise.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, mobile-first responsive layouts, and mobile browser behaviors including camera and permissions.
- Proven ability to own features end-to-end from unclear requirements to production.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced frontend engineer comfortable working independently and owning large product areas, especially onboarding flows involving complex UI and mobile camera integrations.
- Has solid problem solving and data structures & algorithms fundamentals, capable of debugging and improving product based on user data.
- Familiarity or interest in fintech, identity verification, or technical SDK/library development is a plus, especially with mobile cross-platform technologies like Flutter or React Native.
