About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems and integration services for healthcare data exchange.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables including architecture, implementation, quality assurance, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices and technical strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6 years of software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, RESTful services, and experience with AWS or similar public cloud platforms.
- Work Location: Hyderabad, India; Hybrid working model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack Java engineer capable of handling backend, frontend, and some operational/DevOps tasks.
- Comfortable working in a distributed, cross-geography team and influencing technical direction.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 or FHIR is a plus but not mandatory.
