About This Role
- Lead and assist software development projects through phase gate process ensuring alignment with project requirements and design standards.
- Write substantial code and develop standard documentation to translate project needs into software design specifications.
- Contribute to software architecture creation, defect correction from QA and system testing, and support requirements gathering and product definition; may coach engineers and direct testing/lab personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years experience OR no degree with 9-12 years combined education and equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in coding, documentation, and software design standards.
- Experience in defect correction and software testing support.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years with degree or 9-12 years combined education and experience.

- Experienced in leading moderate complexity software projects from design through testing and deployment.
- Capable of producing significant code and architectural components while ensuring documentation integrity.
- Able to mentor junior engineers and coordinate across testing and lab support teams.
