About This Role
- Develop, debug, and maintain Python-based test scripts for functional and system-level testing of systems/software/hardware products.
- Perform product integrity testing for compliance and reliability, analyze deviations, and update scripts accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Operations and manufacturing to implement test strategies and optimize test efficiency using data analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Python test automation for systems/software/hardware products.
- Strong programming knowledge in Python is mandatory, familiarity with YAML/JSON/XML and Linux/Unix scripting.
- Experience or knowledge of Design for Test (DFT), networking fundamentals (TCP/IP), unit testing frameworks like Pytest, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Open to working night shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with PCBA manufacturing operations and SMT technology related to automated testing systems.
- Ability to handle troubleshooting through log analysis, debugging, and CLI-based investigations.
- Capable of mentoring team members and conducting training on relevant tools and best practices.
