About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced software applications and overall system architecture with a focus on backend using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead and provide technical guidance to the Backend Development Team, ensuring adherence to software development best practices, security standards, and organizational objectives.
- Research and integrate AI techniques within the Software Development Life Cycle and contribute to innovation initiatives at the organizational level.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years hands-on software development experience, specifically with Java and Spring Boot backend development.
- Strong experience with cloud technologies and building enterprise-grade microservices-based, cloud-ready applications.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js and implementing secure, scalable RESTful APIs.

- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience with ability to guide junior engineers and drive best engineering practices.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and comfortable in a technology-agnostic environment with flexibility to adapt to multiple technology stacks.
