About This Role
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and reliability of services.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify product defects, drive product enhancements, and improve serviceability.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge bases for continuous improvement; provide rotational support coverage including off-hours as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting Virtualization (preferably VMware ESXi), Networking (layer 2/3), Linux Systems, DevOps, Cloud, or Enterprise Storage.
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- Hybrid work setup with minimum 3 days onsite per week at Pune location; no travel required.

- Experienced in handling complex technical issues with a customer-driven mindset focused on support quality.
- Skilled in cross-team collaboration including working with developers and technology partners like VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft.
