About This Role
- Lead and supervise software development teams using Agile and CI/CD to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET full-stack applications aligned with business requirements and product roadmaps.
- Drive technical excellence including creation of solution architectures, enforcing security by design, and conducting code reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience with .NET Full Stack development.
- Mandatory skills: C#, LINQ, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Azure Services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Unit Testing Frameworks, SQL Server.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Role based in Chennai with mandatory onsite presence; remote work not permitted.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams in Agile environments using CI/CD practices.
- Strong hands-on expertise in full lifecycle development of medium to large-scale full stack web applications including requirement analysis and deployment.
- Expert in secure coding practices, design patterns, and writing unit/integration tests ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
