About This Role
- Develop, build, and ship Flutter applications for both Android and iOS from a single codebase, ensuring responsiveness across devices and accessibility (text scaling up to 200%).
- Design and implement low-level feature plans with clean architecture: separating UI from network code, using a repository pattern, and managing state with explainable approaches.
- Own app release management including builds, signing, flavors, deployment to Google Play Console and App Store Connect, handling app review rejections, and maintaining CI tests for performance and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years professional mobile development experience with at least 2 years hands-on Flutter and Dart.
- Experience taking at least one Flutter app through Play Store and App Store review processes, including signing, provisioning, versioning, and rejection fixes.
- Strong knowledge of Dart 3 features including null safety, async programming, and error handling.
- Experience with REST APIs integration, state management (Bloc, Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider), navigation (go_router or Navigator 2.0), local storage (Hive, sqflite, etc.), and testing with flutter_test and mocktail.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient in Flutter development with architectural discipline and emphasis on clean code, maintainable design, and state management justifications.
- Experienced in end-to-end mobile app lifecycle including store deployment, app signing, build automation, and performance optimization using Flutter DevTools.
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration involving QA, project managers, client interactions, mentoring juniors, and usage of version control (Git with feature branches and code reviews).
