About This Role
- Lead development and implementation of advanced data science models for portfolio performance analysis and tracking.
- Collaborate across multiple teams (Credit Strategy, Fraud, Second Line, Operations) to identify portfolio performance drivers and optimize collections strategy.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, AI, and advanced analytics, and communicate findings via presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Python or R and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience and understanding of collections, credit, lending metrics, and portfolio management.
- Ability to design and build analytics frameworks from scratch and support product launches.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to align multiple stakeholders across diverse teams.
