About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshooting for GCP cloud infrastructure including services like Compute Engine, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem investigations, and infrastructure changes within defined SLAs in a managed services environment.
- Support Terraform-managed infrastructure by troubleshooting configurations, reviewing Terraform plans, and investigating infrastructure drift.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure or cloud operations experience with hands-on GCP support.
- Proficient in GCP core services, cloud networking, Linux/Windows server troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
- Ability to work rotational shifts including 24×7 support in a managed services environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating in managed services environments with accountability for incident and change management under SLAs.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud support with practical skills in Terraform usage related to existing infrastructure support.
- Comfortable handling escalations and customer communications for timely technical resolutions.
