About This Role
- Design and deliver upfront requirements to ensure accurate downstream data for site payments across IQVIA proprietary systems.
- Deliver accurate site payment data for all IQVIA studies, interpreting EDC subject visit data, site contracts, payment system design, and triggers.
- Resolve data flow issues on large projects, escalating to leads as needed, and support resolution of system issues impacting payments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in site payments, data flow, system reconciliation, or data analysis environments.
- Experience within a CRO site payments process (EDC, Payment Systems) mandatory.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with logic statement abilities.

- Strong process orientation with ability to analyze business/system processes, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventative actions.
- Experience interacting with multiple internal stakeholders and effectively communicating complex plans simply.
- Comfortable working and communicating remotely in a global team environment via teleconferencing.
