About This Role
- Define cloud architecture direction for secure, scalable, and operable AI solutions on the Group private cloud platform, collaborating closely with application teams and service providers.
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions (assistants, code generation tools, intelligent automation) to enhance APS productivity and streamline IT workflows across domains.
- Manage AI agent architectures and full-stack components (backend Python services, frontend interfaces, APIs), maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (Kubernetes/Docker), and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a computer science academic background.
- 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer using Python.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development with Python and API design; hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks/tools (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, private cloud infrastructure, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience adapting open-source Large Language Models (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA, fine-tuning) and proficiency with Hugging Face libraries for model training and deployment.
- Capability to architect AI agent orchestration and communication protocols tailored to IT workflows and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate with distributed, multi-cultural teams and drive AI initiatives respecting governance frameworks in a banking cloud environment.
