About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents, automation solutions, and APIs integrated with enterprise applications to enhance engineering productivity and streamline operations.
- Contribute to scalable AI solution architectures including prompt engineering, AI design patterns (RAG, ReAct, Planner-Executor), and manage AI application context and memory.
- Monitor and optimize AI solution performance, including accuracy, efficiency, and operational costs, while collaborating with senior engineers and product teams in Agile environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, Kiro).
- Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js, with experience developing APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini), AI design patterns (RAG, ReAct, Planner-Executor), and software engineering best practices including testing and security.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years software engineering experience, including 2-3 years with AI-enabled solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex AI-driven software solutions using AI design patterns and Large Language Models at scale.
- Experienced in integrating AI capabilities into the Software Development Lifecycle in Agile settings, ensuring performance and operational cost efficiency.
- Strong technical skillset in Python/Node.js, prompt engineering, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search), and cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Services/AWS Bedrock).
