About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making across multiple departments like HR, Marketing, and Finance.
- Lead identification, prioritization, and scoping of AI and automation use cases with department heads.
- Ensure integration, security, monitoring, and business impact measurement of AI initiatives including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and chatbots.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
- Proficiency with vector databases, embeddings, frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Degree in B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. Work location: Gurugram, onsite required.
