About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects within Finance Transformation, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Lead Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, including coaching multiple Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, vendor management, financial tracking, and integrate DevOps and CI/CD practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years in IT, with 6-8 years as Project Manager and Scrum Master roles.
- Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) plus MBA preferred.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile (including SAFe) project management methodologies.
- Willingness to travel; certifications like PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM/Prince2/SAFe preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in managing large-scale IT projects in Finance Transformation or related domains with strong Agile leadership capabilities.
- Skilled in integrating DevOps, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines to improve project delivery quality and efficiency.
