About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Library Content Customization and Translation projects across multiple content formats including eLearning courses, PDFs, and PPTs.
- Own planning, scheduling, tracking, quality control, and risk management to ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors, acting as primary contact to drive alignment, communication, and escalation resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification mandatory.
- 4 to 7 years of project management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder delivery.
- Experience in content customization, localization or translation project management.
- Work Location: Mumbai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing SLA-driven delivery models and strong governance practices for content projects.
- Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and external vendors within structured delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with content formats like SCORM, PDFs, PPTs, and localization workflows, plus knowledge of XML, CSS or content authoring tools is a plus.
