About This Role
- Lead integration implementation lifecycle phases including planning, design, build, testing, go-live, and post-production support for HCM or Financials systems.
- Perform people leadership in technical workstreams across 3+ implementations covering multiple phases.
- Support project management activities such as estimating, planning, and training staff on technical and project management skills.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 4 years of consulting experience.
- Experience leading integration and people in technical workstreams for 3+ HCM or Financials implementations over multiple phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, financial discipline or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Must have HCM/Financials integration lead experience; willingness and ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex integration technologies including Web Services (REST/SOAP), Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connect.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects with strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
- Capable of training others and leading both technical and project management functions for consulting teams.
